My complaint:

Ups left my parcel on doorstep 27th Nov 12;18pm . I arrived home 1740PM hence why no parcel when i got in. i started the claim with UPS and it is approved just need stockx to send them proof of purchase. stockx told me i had to report to police, i did and sent them ref number they wanted copy of report (not possible) I have sent them the victim support letter from herts police. NO reply UPS are wiliing to

UPS claim no. 7965568801A are willing to reimburse as the driver did not leave in a safe place - stockx (ref no. 7399505) are dragging their feet
