StockX complaint: A KAW Holiday Space Gold that fails to pass ARR Authentication

My complaint:

I bought a KAW Holiday Space Gold from StockX. Once I received the figure, I used the ARR authentication to verify the authenticity of figure. The result turned out to be very disappointed. The figure doesn’t pass the authentication. I took a video and sent it to StockX. They handled the case very very slow and made different justification to convince me that it is authentic. At the end, they insist that it is authentic even without passing ARR authentic

Suggested solution:

Thanks for following up with us again in regards to your recent purchase of the KAWS Holiday Space Figure Gold. As Erik previously mentioned, your item is 100% authentic and that was clarified by our Senior Verification Team. We have no reason to lie to you in regards to the authenticity of your KAWS figure as that would go against the integrity of our company.

We truly apologize again that you are not satisfied with your purchase however, we have policies in place that protect our customers and the integrity of our marketplace. You are more than welcome to re-list the figure back on our platform if you wish, as long as it is in the same condition that you received it in.
