My complaint:

I sent a pair of Dior trainers to be authenticated and sold on stock X on the 28th October. Online it states the process should take 3-5 business days. After 10 days I began emailing chasing up my trainers, and received nothing back other than a generic “sorry we will look into this”. I’ve used the online chat, I’ve emailed 10 times, I’ve tweeted, etc. And have got no where. It has now been 4 full weeks and I have still yet to hear anything. I have even asked for the trainers back due to the length of time it has taken and they have still ignored me. I would not have sold them to stock x if this was going to be the case, I am now down a pair of trainers and still not been paid out. I am furious at the lack of communication from this company. I really want the payout andor my trainers returning.

Suggested solution:

I would ideally like my pay out ASAP and some kind of compensation for the ridiculous late. I am disgusted at their poor customer service and leaving me in the dark like this whilst they have both my money and trainers. I believe I deserve at least 20% of the sale price in compensation for leaving me out a pocket for an extremely long time.
