My complaint:
I bought a pair of shoes and found defect. So I contacted customer service from Stockx to initiate a return. The customer representative reviewed my picture and promised to refund me. And he offered a return label for me to send them back to get refund. So I shipped the pair back. But then 2 weeks later, they overrided what their colleague said and decided that this refund can’t be approved and they sent the shoes back to me. However they didn’t solve the defects on the shoes; plus I already bought another pair during waiting for the refund; so I don’t need this pair of shoes at all.
Suggested solution:
I just want to return this pair now and get my full refund.
