My complaint:

STOCK X MAY BE THE WORST STORE TO SELL TO. I sent in 3 pair of shoes, they failed the verification and are supposed to be returned to me. It’s been about 3 weeks and a half, and I still have not received my shoes. I am currently waiting on a package from STOCK X shipping via UPS. Due to a unnecessary restriction on the delivery options, I am unable to change the delivery address for this package. I contacted STOCK X via email and was informed that a colleague submitted the address change request yet UPS has not received any package or update on the current package being delivered at the moment. UPS has been trying to deliver my package to me since August 13th, 2021 and it is now August 26th. I have had little to no communication from STOCK X regarding the status and progress of this situation, I have filed multiple case claims and I still have yet to receive my package or get this situation handled. I even changed the shipping address on my STOCK X account. I am still waiting on two orders to be shipped as the shipping label has been created but the product has yet to be shipped to UPS for return. I ADVISE THOSE WHO SELL MERCHANDISE TO NOT SELL TO STOCK X. I’d like to have this issued resolved IMMEDIATELY!

Suggested solution:

Either send my shoes back or give me the equivalent price of the shoes in US currency
