My complaint:

On 27 May 2021, I placed an order for adidas Yeezy 500 Super Moon Yellow (size 11.5). They were shipped to Stockx and verified, then shipped to me at my address in Bermuda. However, despite being told by email (from Stockx on 27 May 2021) that they would arrive between 8 June and 15 June, they have yet to arrive.

The stockx website no longer lists my order and the UPS tracking said my order is on the way but no further information is provided. This has been the response since June 2021..

I would add that the Stockx website is quite poor in providing info as to how to make an inquiry or a complaint.

Suggested solution:

I would like for either the sneakers to be delivered or for a complete refund.
