My complaint:
Tried to make a bid on a pair of shoes accidentally hit the purchase button instead of being automatically charge me no way to go back I reached out to stockx and told them I made a mistake they told me suck it up no nothing they could do they never responded I immediately after cursing the wrong buttons tried to reach out to stockx they waited 45 days before they reach back out to me I stopped payment on the charges stockx wants to take what I don’t want this was done prior to the shipper saying the shoes to them it was pretty enough time for them to reverse the charger to stop it no way to go back once you’ve actually tap that wrong button
Suggested solution:
Return the shoes to the seller they have plenty enough time to do this prior to be stopping the payment
