My complaint:
– Item failed verification due to wrong size (8 not 8.5)
– StockX sent item back to old address
– Contacted StockX immediately that they had the wrong address
– Customer Service Representative took my new address and said that was updated
– New address was not updated, item sent to old address
– Item was signed for at old address by someone else
– Went through Post Mail service to recover
– Service said that they could not recover and StockX limited access to information of what happened
– StockX lost my parcel and would not compensate me for losing my shoes
Suggested solution:
- Compensation for the pair of sold shoes.
