My complaint:
I ordered an item on stockX 20022023 and received 07032023. As its to small I wish to return it back. Reading the return policy it’s stating it doesn’t expect return. Going to the information page I put all the necessary details what was ask. I received an email from stockX team member called Jessica stating I was able to return something to do EU customer. . I went to though all the necessary tunnel giving all the details once again that was asked from stockX pages I was ask to send a picture of the stockX green tug that is attached to the item and send post it to Jessica, only for Jessica emailing me back saying how she not received the picture so I must resend the picture again which I did. Now on two occasion I received in formation after I sent Jessica the picture what was requested I got a information stating mailbox not monitored CRM:00000000001. Now am beginning wonder if that’s why Jessica not receiving the picture as requested. I have all the details and proof which I’m happy to send to you. Thanks for assistance
