My complaint:
i ordered a pair of NIKE shoes and when i received the order i realized that is missing the inner LHS insole … i requested a return and filled up the form more than 3 times to be able to get and answer and after a week of back and forth with the support team
( they gave me hard time to issue the return slip ) finally i managed to send it back through UPS .. and after over a week time which happened 2 hours ago and when i got home from work i see the package returned to me with no lable on it with nothing just backed in a box 📦 .. i thought they sent me new one with the insole inside ..but guess what it was the same one which no insole . Provided no email or any kind of communication happened from them .. they simply returned the order as it is .
Suggested solution:
In this case they way they trait their customers is unacceptable…and i said it already since i got the order that i am
No longer interested in the shoes and i would like a full refund . Never again STOCKX
