StockX complaint: Lost order no customer service

My complaint:

I ordered sneakers on 123020. I got some s early Jan 21 to say that there was delays due to covid which I understood.

Everything went silent for a few weeks so I contacted them. Only after I followed up was I told that the good seed to be lost – here’s a refund. StockX never kept their end of the deal here. It’s the vendor‘a job to track an order not a customer’s.

The next issue is the refund. I have since changed banks and closed the credit card used for the transaction. StockX refunded that card and when I gave them the new card number, as of writing, they still have not ed if they have changed the refund information?

Such a scam operation and they should not be allowed to trade like this

Suggested solution:

Give me my money. I essentially provided them with a short term interest free loan and all I want is my money
