My complaint:
I sold a pair of Jordan 11 and posted the shoes for verification via StockX chosen courier (which I also had to pay for) on the 21st January 2021. The status of the delivery on UPS was stuck on In transit ever since. Seeing no progress via the UPS tracking system, I decided to contact StockX via email on the 26th January 2021 where I was told that the item has been lost in transit and she’ll get in contact with her team about the issue. I again emailed StockX as I heard nothing back from them whatsoever but they came back with the same response, that they’ll get back to me ASAP and that they’ll check with UPS.
It is now 11th February 2021 and I still haven’t heard anything back (surely it doesn’t take a whole month to call USP!)
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back on the agreed selling price of the item I sent.
