My complaint:

Dear …..

I am writing this as a letter of complaint as i purchased my order for the Nike Air Max 95 OG Neon (2020 ) on the 29th January. I received the order ation and it said that it would take 2 weeks and I am still waiting. I checked the delivery update and it says it is still being authenticated. How can one pie of shoes still be getting authenticated?

It says it should arrive between the 9th and 16th of February and it’s still In The first stages of it being authenticated so when it’s been authenticated it’s going to take at least another week to 10 days to be delivered to the UK.

I have decided that I would like a refund for the inconvenience you have caused.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund for the inconvenience as I’ve recently had to pay more money to change the date of delivery even though they haven’t even tried to be delivered yet!
