I am Owed around £80 from StockX, my account history has been wiped and the adviser on live chat is telling me i have not sold on there site. i have a picture for a shipping label and payment from StockX which is £80 short. i have spoke to a stock x adviser on there websites live chat about 56 times, all i get is that the case is being looked at by a higher team and to look out for a email. 1 month later i have had no response from them. Spoke today 110121 to another adviser who told me the same thing. i want a explanation!
This has made me very disappointed as i am planning on selling a lot of items on this website this year. I am now considering to sell my items else where because of how my case and i have been dealt with.
This whole experience has brought me a lot of stress resulting in a psoriasis flair up on my arms and body, and has affected my mental heath not being able to get this resolved and not being taken seriously.
