My complaint:
i buy a GPU for $3000 the 51021 and the 51421 they told me that the seller don’t send the device, now today 51421 the product cost $3500 they cancel my order and sell the same item for $3500. so they invent stories of seller and all that but the truth is that they are holding those product to sell it with more profit. this is a scam.
They can not assume the price difference when days before it was at 3060 3200 but they do not wait for the price to rise more to then contact me and invent a story. They do not have any kind of respect for the customers or for the purchase orders, the purchases are in order so my purchase is before the highest price, perhaps I was the only sale that day, they only had a seller willing to sell to 3000. I pay direct, do not enter the auction
Suggested solution:
They had to respect the purchase agreement and assume the loss if necessary or charge the seller for that difference if it exists and is regulated in the contract for those who want to sell on that site. If you delay or cancel your sale, you will be penalized with the expenses incurred to the customer, this will guarantee that no seller cancels their order and that the sales orders are respected as well as that it is done in record time
