My complaint:
My bid on stockx was accepted on January 13th. Since that time its status has been held as “en route to stockx”. I contacted stockx team for around 5 times since January 19th. All they keep is saying is that they will look into this but they never get back to me. I am worried that the sneakers will not arrive in time and if this is the case, I will not need them. I cannot even cancel my order.
Suggested solution:
Update me on the status of item and expected delivery date. If the item is lost, send a new one asap.
