My complaint:

When I placed this order(19669096-19568855), I realized the import tax would be too high, so I asked for refund. StockX approved on Mar8. I have never received this item, instead I noticed UPS to send back. I have been contacting StockX for over a month, initially they said they didn’t receive returned package, and they were investigating with UPS, they asked me to wait. However, I have been waiting over a month, I contacted multiple customer supports and no one reply me back. They seem like trying to let this go and took my money away. I CAN’T LET IT HAPPEN.
Attached are emails that I contact with StockX support, as you can see, they’re no longer replying me…
