My complaint:
They rejected the verification saying the jacket is showing wear and tear on the cuffs this jacket has never been worn it was received by Supreme and kept in that bag till the day it was shipped to StockX. I have proof pictures I took of the jacket showing it’s brand new this is unacceptable not sure why they are lying about it but this unacceptable behavior. They are supposed to use experts to do their job right clearly they are not doing their job if they are claiming that a jacket which has never been worn has wear and tear! it’s mind boggling!
Suggested solution:
They should contact the buyer of this jacket and explain this is brand new jacket there is no wear and tear because simply this jacket has never been worn! and then reinstate the sale. There is only one jacket left in this size it's crazy to reject for a false reason and deny the buyer the opportunity to have the item they bought.
