StockX complaint: Item not received and refuse to refund

My complaint:

Paid for item on 5th June. UPS has lost the parcel. Together they are unable to locate the parcel yet Stock X refuse to honour my request for a refund! Surely they don’t have the right to do this!

Suggested solution:

Refund me if I’m not getting the item! It’s been 3 weeks and this is unacceptable service!
