My complaint:

I ordered a pair of air max 2090 pink foam on the 26.05.2021. I returned these trainers within the 14 days withdrawal policy. Only for 2 days later them being returned to me by stocks. No email explaining why. When I emailed them asking why they stated I had removed the tags and the trainers showed signs of use! This is impossible – the trainers were sent with tags and as new. They were returned with the tags taken off the trainers and thrown in the box! (Still no signs of use) so I can assume that stockx removed the tags so that I could not receive my refund! I’m utter-ally appalled! I will be taking this as far as I can to receive my refund.

Suggested solution:

Collect the trainers and issue me my refund!
