My complaint:

My product was stuck at customs with no response from UPS I asked Stock X to take it back and refund me as it had taken too long. Now UPS shows the item was refused by both sender abs receiver and no refund or reply’s by Stock X.

Suggested solution:

Refund me for the item as their shipping method has failed abs I’ve not received my item.
