StockX complaint: Refund not paid after 2 months

My complaint:

I returned a pair of shoes to Stockx on 15th August.

Till now, 7th October, I received 2 emails from them saying they are sorry for the delay but I didn’t receive my money yet.

The parcel was prepared according with their instructions, all documents issued by StockX: Return invoice, parcel label etc…

Every time I send them a reminder, mentioning the request registration number, the invoice number and all the other details, I get this odd answer:

It’s nice to hear from you again! It’s been a little while since we last heard from you, and most likely you are contacting us about something new.
To best serve you please create a new case for this inquiry here.

The link directs me to a bot that asks me a lot of questions unrelated to my case and I can’t get to the form where they should recieve the complaints.

They operate more and more like an online store people should avoid.

Suggested solution:

When I will receive my money, including their commision and transport fees
For their services they charge 20 USDtransport and I didn't complain till now. Now I just want a full refund
