StockX complaint: Shoes shipped from China – searched address and it’s a warehouse notorious for selling fakes

My complaint:

I have recently bought a pair of New Balance 550s. Finally got a pair for a good price, but have received updates on my parcel, and the listed seller is operating out of a warehouse in China. Searched the address and it has multiple reviews of people saying they have been sold fakes.

StockX already have a shady reputation when it comes to fakes, but took a chance on them.

Suggested solution:

Want a full refund of the price I’ve paid. Sellers who are openly operating out of a place notorious for selling fakes, shouldn’t have the means to operate on a reselling site, that’s apparently prides itself on ‘100% authenticity’
