My complaint:
I ordered trainers from stock x which arrived but they arrived with creases, I got in contact with stock x and they told me I have 14 days to return them and that I have to send them pictures of the shoe and fill out a form which I have sent back, but due to them not responding to me anymore the 14 days have passed, I done everything I had to do on the customers part and they have just left me with worn trainers which were labelled as “new” which were meant for my fathers birthday!
Suggested solution:
I should receive a full refund for the trainers as soon as possible as these shoes should have never been sent out to a customer in the first place, it’s clear to see they have been worn before and the fact that stock x customer support has completely ignored my emails is outrages!!
