My complaint:
I am frequent selling of stockx from the Philippines i sold about 4 pairs already using ups courier service and soo far i have not experienced anything worst than this i sold my item Jordan 1 high og Fragment x Travis Scott at stockx last August 3,2021 I sold the shoe in perfect condition and i have pictures to prove it. While waiting for the verification so that i can proceed with the payout in stockx and all of a sudden they emailed that it didn’t pass the verification when they received the item.
Suggested solution:
Stockx should continue with sale of shoes because the damage happened on their end. The damaged box happened on the Stockx Verification.
