My complaint:
I have shipped off air Jordan 1 fragment trainers to StockX and they sent me a notification saying that the payout has been sent however I have not received the funds (total is £740.37). I selected PayPal as my payout option and normally it take 30 mins for the funds to be transferred yet I have still not received it. They keep telling me to wait a couple of days but you only need to wait a couple of days if you select bank as your payout option. I have emailed them continuously, only for them to give me unsatisfactory responses. The last person that emailed me even got the item with that I sold wrong- she mentioned supreme when I sold Jordan, which suggests to me that they could have transferred my money into somebody else’s account. Also, they have told me to contact PayPal and Hyperwallet- both companies tell me there are no funds in my account. Which suggests that it was StockX who made the error.
Suggested solution:
I want my full total of £740.37 transferred into my PayPal account. And in the future if I ever sell shoes on StockX, I do not want to encounter such a problem ever again. This is a large amount of money and it’s not fair I do not receive my funds. It is also bad customer service for their staff to mistake the item I sold for another item.
The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. It said I got a payout on 8/11 when usually it only takes 30 mins but when I contact StockX they said they sent it and wait 1-5 business days. What’s sad is even on their own site it says PayPal only takes 30 mins yet their telling you to wait days. I swear the response is so generic they don’t care and not even trying to help fix the issue at all.
