My complaint:
On 02JUL my order was not delivered to me, instead it was routed back to the sender (stockx verification office in the USA) I have no idea why. I have trying to resolve this ever since but they have taken no action and will not update me. I am now $295 out of pocket. The last email i had from then was 14 JUL. With no update
Suggested solution:
Either send the item or give a full refund. Don’t make me wait another month and having to send an email every day which gets ignored.
