My complaint:
I ordered a pair of Yeezy slides size 5 men’s and received a kids size 2.5. I went through the StockX portal and generated a case which was addressed via email. The rep was very apologetic and even sent me a return label with explicit instructions on how to return the item to their quality assurance dept. Again, via email, the rep acknowledged the receipt of the item and assured me it would be a few days for inspection and I would receive my refund. This particular rep even said he would manually issue my return after the 4th of July if I hadn’t already received it. As of 7622 no refund has been issued and the rep will not respond to my emails.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund asap. I will never use StockX again. Terrible customer service, and very misleading reps.
