StockX complaint: SHIPPING IS ON HOLD FOR 1 month

My complaint:

So basically i have sold a nike shoes on stock x where initially at 1st the shipping label couldnt be generatex, which is when i contacted stock x regardinf this and they procided one right away.

After that my shoes has been dropped at the drop centre in malta, however i was not provided with a drop off label since the shipping lable was created by stock x already, so not sure why they are asking for a shipping label.

I have been in contact with stock x and they said in order to investigate this, inwould require a drop off receipt, i gave contacted the ups malta office and they ed that this is not skmething that they provide since stock x created the label.

After that stock x claim that i have breachex terms since i shipped from malta, from where do you excpect me tos hip if i live in malta???

All i need is my money which im owed! 110euro, inwont use stock x again!
