My complaint:
My son was trying to buy a pair of shoes on Stockx last week. When he went to place the order it kept on saying error. So I found another site that he can order from. It went through with no problem. He’s already got the shoes. Well, come to find out it did go through. But no order was placed for the shoes. I have filed a complaint and they sent me an email. They told me to send a screenshot of the charge I did. Haven’t heard back. I was putting it on my credit card and my son was going to pay me back when he gets paid. This is going to effect my credit if they don’t put that money back on my card soon.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money.
