My complaint:
I sold 3 pair of sneaker on Jan 23, 2022 , but till today I dont receive the payment, on Jan 31,2022 I complaint to them through their CS regarding why my payment information and shipping change into Stock X GA recipient( based on shipping label), the issue is when I asked them to give me the proof of the payment, it showed on Jan 28,2022 they transfer not to my account number, and I explained to them , I never had that number and I complaint for 3 pairs sold item they only bother for 1 pair sold item price, and they never paid , I asked to my bank as their request, my bank said it never had any fund on Jan 28,2022 from stock x, I believe my data information was breached by them.
Suggested solution:
Please make the payment or return all my 3 pairs shoes
