My complaint:
Seller never sent the item to stockx and when I contacted them the agent over live chat was unhelpful and ended the conversation without resolving the issue. They charged my card and I haven’t received the order yet and they’re blaming delays when the seller hasn’t even sent the item.
Suggested solution:
Compensation for delay - waive the processing fee or give me a credit. Also guarantee to expedite delivery by fastest shipment possible - same day next day by Wednesday 14th of September. If they can’t meet the deadline I want a full cancellation.
