My complaint:

I sold on StockX and posted trainers as directed via UPS. UPS list parcel and StockX will not refund
Need help in getting a refund, any suggestions?
StockX provided the delivery label so they need to claim refund but im getting BS reasons why I can’t get one!

Suggested solution:

I’ve done nothing wrong, UPS list my parcel!
