My complaint:
Hello I had a bad experience with steam costumer support.
First they we’re unable to identify the issue, illiteracy and lack of research in the issue is a thing.
Then when I asked them how I could file a complaint about they’re region settings and etc they didn’t gave me further information and closed the ticket.
Suggested solution:
At least give me an exact explanation how to address my complaint and to maybe hope that in future they rectify this bad policies that they have regarding payments between the same common market
