My complaint:
I want to check some prices of some of my items on a site that provides to be suspect. After this Steam block my account for security issue. Okay, i understand they want my account to be safe and informing me about this is the right thing to do… After this i opened a ticket on them to tell them to unblock my account in order to change my password and for everything to be good. It’s 3 days from then and nothing. I want to mention that they have the response time between 1.2 hours and 2.1 days.. this is far from that time… ALSO… i live on streaming from their game… and in those 3 days i lose around 700 euros because of them… i don’t know what to do more… so please someone help me.
Suggested solution:
I want to unblock my account, as fast as possible. And because i lose money because of them i want some compensation if possible
