My complaint:

March 9 2023 I download square app to process my payments . I process my payment with a client it was successful the next day my account was closed . Without an explanation. When I called squared to inquire about this they told me my transaction might be fraud and return the money I worked hard for. If I don’t they will hold for 90 days in case of a chargeback. I informed square that the transaction is valid I know the client the client even wrote a statement saying that they will not dispute the charge the bank informed me the transaction settled. As of april 13 2023. There is no chargeback and my client has not filed a dispute . I need my money square has just holding over falsely accusing it of fraud I was so offended they it square didn’t care about my service i provided or my hard work I put it they only cared to block my account hold my money how rude

Suggested solution:

Release my money I worked for it the client ed they have settled and paid me there will be no chargeback . Stop assuming falsely accusing fraud on people then hold there money it’s not right especially if There’s proof against what u assume
