My complaint:

I booked a flight from south hall travel and cancel this flight on 14th April. invoice number 4749183. received an email regarding the cancellation stating that it will take 4-6 weeks for the refund process. Till 8th of June I didn’t recevied any money from southhall travel.

On 6th of June I email Tejas From south hall Travel (who booked and cancel my flight) regarding the refund not beeh recived but there was no reply till date.

I called south hall travel on 8th of june regarding my refund and got the answer that south hall travel has not process the money yet as I have to chase for my money. then told that it will take 4 days for the processing.

Till 14th of june I didn’t received my refund. Called southhall Travel again on 14th June for my refund but got the answer that he has just process the refund and will take another 10-15 days to revceive in your bank account. When I asked him to please send me email that he has process the refund and recived with in 10-15 days, he refused to send the email

I am worried about my refund and tired of chasing my refund around £700.

I am Stressed whether I will get my money back or how many days it will take.

Please if you can do something regarding this I will really appreciate.
