My complaint:
I made a booking for 3 passengers since February 2022 and currently my mum in hospital and due to that I can not travel with mum being in ICU and on Ventilator.
So I asked for my ticket to be cancelled and said I could get a letter from the hospital which I did but they did not even ask for it and top I had to pay for my husband and daughter travelling costed me £3, 630.00 in total and I am not happy as they should have valued the circumstance
Suggested solution:
give me refund or a reasonable fair
