My complaint:
I bought the shoes at Centurion mall in Pretoria it was my wife’s present but the size was wrong the store manager said they not going to accept the shoes back but the shoes are only 2 days old from purchase they don’t want to change them for me
Suggested solution:
I just want to change the size of the shoes that's all I'll be happy but will never buy from them anymore
