My complaint:
Hi, I have placed an online order on 2 October that arrived on 4 but without my shoes inside. I don t know what happened because the big box for me looks unopened but the inside small shoes box was empy. No shoes. I understand that they are sure that they send the shoes, but I didn’t t get any shoes!! This is not right. I work 8 hours for 80 pounds. You can do that !!take the customer money and let him without shoes, without money.
I will do a complain . I m Contacting Citizens Advice Customers Services. I will recover my money back and never buy from Skechers again!!
Suggested solution:
They should offer me an refund or send the shoes. They can't lose a pair of shoes but I customer, I can lose my money.no!!
