My complaint:
Im residing here in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte. My husband and I has really been an avid fan of Skechers ever since. We all know that you produced an excellent qualities of shoes.
Last year, I bought two kinds of Foamies shoes for my husband as my Christmas gift to him. I bought it last December 2023 at Robinsons Place Butuan Mall. My husband was really so happy having two kinds of foamies.
For his daily use, he preferred to use the Gray one. As you can see, it seems like an overuse whilst he barely use the black one. He just use it to special occassions since it is more formal to use. As far as he can remember, he used the black foamie around 4-5x this year. He really took care of his shoes so well.
However, I am so DISSAPPOINTED most especially my husband with the black Foamies he has. As you can see in the attached picture, it has tears on the right pair of the foamies while the other is really intact and does not have any tears. We were really really so disappointed. The price does not match for its quality. Really really disappointing! He really loved this but this happened.
So so so disappointing! We would love to hear from you on how to compensate this.
