My complaint:
Hi – Before I reach out to Legal and HR, I would like to discuss and share with Sketcher’s management about the behavior of Sketcher’s security and Manager for insulting my family in front of customers with Fag F words, I seek an action.
November 18th, Saturday at around 2:43pm EST (37-12 82nd St, Queens, NY 11372, USA), my kids, wife, and myself were buying shoes, hats, and other stuff where we were picking and checking all items before selecting (a usual way of checking things). We picked 3 pair of shoes and some hats but left one pair of shoes in one of the isles and came to the counter to pay off the other items. Since the beginning the security man was keep harassing us by passing and gazing at us that we ignored. But when we were about to make payment for $122 and some change at the counter he came to me with a nasty attitude and said yo Fa go pick up other item you left there I was like excuse me, do not use such words but he constantly and loudly started to call me and my family with such words and at several points he started to took off his jackets and wanted to fight (please check the store cameras for reference).
My wife asked for Manager and when the lady showed up and instead conducting the security man, she started to yell at me where the security man started to curse loud. At that point I pulled my cell phone to record the scenes where they both started to low their voice, but the man still was saying to come and fight me here in store or outside.
I am going to load the picture that i captured in last moments as evidence as video can not be loaded here but will provide the video to HR and Legal soon. , but you can always rewind the cameras for that location for the described time and day.
I will definitely raise my voice to the HR and Legal if no action/notice is taken for that location. My family and kids are so feared that past couple of days they were keep thinking about the incident. It is emotionally burning us, Jackson Heights is our home from last 40 years and we love our community and business there but such instances always haunt a peaceful family when they contribute by purchasing stuff from these places.
I would like to hear back, if I do not then I will definitively speak to the legal for further action, I cannot look fear in my family face when they walk by that store every day.

Suggested solution:
The resolution comes from you as if you think yourself in our shoes. Security needs to be changed and staff/Manager needs to be educated. These matters will rise to a law dispute one day if ignored.
