My complaint:

I Ms Geethu Susan Renji would like to raise a complaint regarding lost baggage. Me and my family were travelling from Kochi to Auckland on 23 January 2023 Monday through Singapore Airliness SQ 537 . When we reached Auckland airport, out of 6 bags claimed from Kochi, 3 were missing. We logged a complaint immediately. On that Friday 27 January we received 2 bags and they said the baggage number was copied wrongly and it could be a human error. Regarding the 1 lost baggage, we enquired in Kochi and they ed its unavailability there. We do not have anybody to enquire about in Singapore . We went to Auckland airport then and there and it was not useful. Due to the wrong baggage number they were not able to search clearly. My important documents like the immunization record of my children and my old passports were in that lost bag. The bag was wrapped completely and I will be able to identify it and can give you the details.I need a solution for my lost bag and hereby requesting your office to help me to find it out
