My complaint:

booked a flight from Toulouse France to Manila with a stopover in Germany and SG.

the layover in SG was supposed to be 3 hours but at a later date they extended it to 10 hours.

numerous callsemails, twice offered in-transit hotel to freshen up but this was internally overturned. not even a meal ticket for my extended layover and no apologies.

surprisingly, even at the airport, the staff were rude and even a manager refuse to help insisting that it was the agent’s fault, (that SG airlines had rescheduled the flight with no offers of an alternative flight). SG airlines changed the flight layover and times, not the agent that insisted that it was all SG airline’s responsibility. which I kind of get cos how the hell would an agent be able to reschedule a flight…

Suggested solution:

at the time I simply asked that I could use their shower in their lounge to freshen up and have some refreshments. they refused this every time but, twice offered on different occasions the in-transit hotel to use but, on both occasions that was reneged upon...
