My complaint:
Went to get the flu shot for my kids and my self. My daughter went first. She told Mr. Saleh the she is left handed and she would like the shot to be administered on the right hand side. He refused as it was not convenient for him to do it on the right hand side. He went ahead and pocked the shot. Resulting in some extra bleeding. He had to put some extra cotton (other then a bandage).
Next, my was me and my 7 year old son. My son is really afraid of shot. So he started to cry when he saw the needle. Instead of calming him down, he practically started to get up set and refuse to administer the shot. Only on my insistent we went ahead. What a bad and unprofessional behaviour.
Suggested solution:
People like Mr. Saleh should not be giving a public facing job. He should apologize and either learn to treat proper way or should only do back office job.
