My complaint:
I phone today, press 3, then press 0, then the pharmacist tell me to hold…….
………more than 30 minutes. It is around 6:30 pm onward today.
Suggested solution:
At least they should ask one question first, before they put me on hold. My purpose to calll and to cancel my Covid-19 test on this coming Thursday at 3:30pm.
So I hang up and I drive myself to the store and speak to the present pharmacist. In the whole store, there is not so busy. I think it is less than 10 people. I hope I will not to come across more complaints in shoppers drug.
I spent more than 2 hrs tonight trying get to through to pharmacy after they send ne medicine that can kill me. After more then half an hr I finally get though and ask him are you trying to kill me then he hangs up! The same guy who lies and screws up all the time.
