My complaint:
I went to shoppers drug mart and wanted to get chocolates. I like the one with nuts, lindt brand and they were luckily on sale but none was on display so one of the guys who was restocking scanned the barcode and told me they have more in stock and he will get them for me but to my surprise the manager refused him to bring me the chocolates since the price is going to get up and return from sale price to normal price . I had to come back without my favourite chocolates. It’s very pathetic behaviour and disgusting on the part of the manager to refuse a customer to sell a product because of the last day of sale. It’s highly ridiculous and shaming behaviour and brings bad reputation to the shoppers drugmart brand.
Suggested solution:
It’s very disheartening to deny a customer a product and hoard the supplies and therefore leads to corrupt and inflating practise . This incident happened on October 8, 2020
