My complaint:
I am patient of diabetes, I am getting assistance from 2 years. I am getting medicine metformin hydrochloride. Today my pharmacy was closed where I am getting my medicine and i was feeling my blood sugar was getting high, I went to nearest shopper for getting medicine because I ran out of tablets and I asked them about tablets, but they didn’t gave me. The lady Angela helped us, she told us to talk with Jennifer the pharmacist manager. She didn’t payed attention to us and after sometime, she said she can’t provide us medicine. We told them, they can talk to my doctor, but they directly refused to talk with my doctor, we were ready to show her our health card and I medicine bottle where my name and doctor details were written. She didn’t want to listen to us or want to help us. She was saying she can’t do anything. You have to talk to your doctor only. But, once we ran out of medicines and went to shopper at McPhillip and they gave us medicine for emergency and they have my prescription details as well, they tried to contact my doctor but he didn’t responded and they hold it and gave me medicines for emergency. Today was critical situation, I was about to ran out of gas. I can’t travel longer. My sugar level is getting high and they didn’t helped me.
