My complaint:
I am calling the store to get my medication however I have called several times and the pharmacy in the store will not answer the phone . I tried a different department and spoke to someone and they will not let me speak to a store manager or supervisor …I am not feeling well and have issues commuting to far , so I am trying to call first to get my prescription ready and to get information about a health related issue
Suggested solution:
They should be more responsive with their pharmacy response on the phone ...there's no reason they should not be answering answering phone when dealing with people who have health issues needing medication that could potentially save their life .....they don't seem to be to caring about their patient and people if their negligent in answering the phone dealing with health care ...
