My complaint:
In Sunday April the 30th, 2023 me and my husband we went to shoppers drug Mart to send money to our family back home where my husband had forgotten his IDENTITY card and when he answered to cash register that he forgot it she got nervous and she started to talk loudly and aggressively. Thus, we left to bring the Identity card.
When we returned back the cash register who her name is Cherry she continued to talk loudly until I asked her to go down. Actually, my husband is older adult and he was in the hospital for more than two months and the day when he goes out somebody started to talk loudly and aggressively and that had made him down and sad. We are your customers and behaviour like that is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Cherry must to have more training to improve her communication skills with customers
